RETURNS
Fernweh Collective only accepts returns for in-store credit at this time.
All Items are required to be: new, unworn, unwashed, no visible signs of wear such as: make-up, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. to qualify for a return. To return your item simply email hello@shopfernwehcollective.com with your order number and item name.

As soon as we receive your item we'll issue a Gift Card/Store Credit and send it to the email address provided. Please allow up to 7 business days for approval or denial of a return request.
